Ghoriba with almonds and walnuts

Ghoriba with almonds and walnuts are very delightful. Here are the ingredients:


Gazelle Horns
500 g blanched almonds
-500 Nuts
500 g caster sugar
50 g butter, melted
-3 Bags of baking powder
-3 Eggs
-2 V. tablespoons water orange blossom
-peel an orange (or lemon)
50 g icing sugar

Preparation:

 Grind the almonds and walnuts. In a bowl, place almonds and ground nuts, add the orange zest, baking powder, melted butter, eggs and two tablespoons water, orange blossom. Mix well so as to obtain a smooth paste. Make small balls and coat with sugar. Place balls on a plate. Decorate sides of ghoribas with a fork. Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15 min.

Good to know: Add 100 g of candied orange peel finely chopped to pulp ghouriba. Its taste will be better.
