Briouates

Briouates are very tasty cookies. Here are the ingredients:

Gazelle Horns

-15 Sheets of medium pastilla
- 270 g almonds
- 100 g caster sugar
- ½ tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water orange blossom
- Oil for frying
- 500 g honey
- 1 egg yolk
Decoration:
-50 G of chips and chopped almonds


Preparation:

 -Boil the almonds in hot water, peel and wipe with a clean towel and then mix them with sugar. Add butter, cinnamon and water from orange blossoms. Mix well and then made into pellets.
- Cut Sheet pastilla in wide strips, brush each with melted butter and will have a ball of marzipan. Fold triangle in proceeding from right to left and from left to right and paste the last part of the strip with egg yolk.
- Fry briouates in a hot frying and then dipping them in honey. Drain and garnish with almonds.
Serve cold
