Cakes with dates

Cakes with dates are my favorites, so delicious and delightful. Here are the ingredients:

Gazelle Horns

Stuffing:
- 500 g Dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoons water orange blossom
- Egg white
The dough:
- 500 g flour
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 1 yogurt flavor of vanilla
Decoration:
- Icing sugar

Preparation:

-The batter: mix the flour with icing sugar, the dough until it becomes very soft and smooth.
- The filling: Wash the dates, then remove the nucleus and cook them with steam for 20 minutes (you can use the date paste) add cinnamon, butter, sesame seeds and water flowers of orange and mix well.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into circles with a cookie cutter. Brush edges of circles with white of egg. Make dough balls with dates and place them inside the circles.
- Solder paste using the plastic tool. Arrange the cakes on an oiled baking sheet, prick with a fork so they do not swell and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
They should be golden. Once cooked, sprinkle powdered sugar on both sides.
