Gazelle Horns

Gazelle horns are my favorite of all Moroccan desserts. Here are the ingredients:

250 g flourGazelle Horns
-1 Glass of water, orange blossom
-2 Nut butter
500 g blanched almonds
300 g caster sugar
-1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
-3 Grains of arabic gum crushed (optional)
-salt

Preparation:

- Mix the almonds with sugar and 1 / 2 cup water orange blossom. Mix with cinnamon, gum arabic and wWork until very soft. Cover with a damp cloth.

-In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, remaining butter and water orange flower. Smothering all and knead for 25 minutes.

- Take a piece of dough and make a ball, lay it on a floured work surface with a roller in the back several times. Stretch a little with your hands to get a piece large enough but very thin (the fineness of the paste will depend on the final appearance).

-Place the pieces of dough, tapered ends, spaced 4 cm.
Fold one part of the sheet on the other, and covering the tracks. Support with fingers to seal edges and cut half-circles with a toothed wheel
A-hand bend in each of the horns pinching them slightly to form a half moon. Arrange on an oiled baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes thermostat 5, the horns of gazelles should be barely golden.
Finally ... Drink with the inevitable mint tea served in small tea glasses, and it's as if you were there!
