Makrout
Makrout are very very delicious cookies. Here are the ingredients:

- 125 g caster thick
- 125 g of fine semolina
- 1 tea glass of cold water
- 1 tea glass of water of orange flowers
- 3 teaspoon granulated sugar
- A pinch of salt
Stuffing:
- 200 g or 150 g dates of date paste
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water orange blossom
- Oil for frying
- 250 g honey
Preparation:
- Mix well the two meal in a bowl with sugar and salt. After Add the melted butter and continue mixing.
-Pour the mixture on the glass of water and water glass of orange blossoms, stirring gently with fingertips.
-The date paste: Remove the core of the dates and cook them with steam for about 15 min at 20. let cool and work the dough by hand by adding cinnamon, butter and water from orange blossoms. Turn it into long sticks one inch thick. Train sticks with dough made from semolina and a long slit in the middle and place a stick of dates throughout the slot and solder it.
Cut the stick-stuffed dates, small diamond equals (Makrout) and place them on a plat.-Makrout Fry in skillet. Once they take the golden color, remove and drain off and then immediately soak in honey and hot water flavored with orange flowers. Serve cold.
