Couscous Ourika





The name Couscous Ourika is derived from the region of Ourika. This Moroccan couscous dish has its own flavor and aroma.

Moroccan Couscous



Ingredients :

1.5 kg of meat (veal or lamb)cut into pieces

Weight 200 g chick

1 / 2 liter milk

100g butter

2 onions

2 kg of seed couscous

600 g turnips

600 g zucchini

2 doses of saffron

1 cup oil

1 tsp teaspoon of salt

1 tsp Coffee pepper

Preparation :

Soak the chick weight 12 hours in cold water. In the bottom of the couscous. Place the meat, butter, onions chopped, drained chick weights, saffron, oil, pepper, salt and 2 gallons of water. Mix well and let cook 1 hour on medium heat. Cook the couscous together.
