Moroccan Roast Chicken

Moroccan Roast Chicken

It is always better to use an organic product if you really want good taste. Moroccan roast chicken is one necessity in Moroccan weddings. It is easy to cook and does not take too much time.

Ingredients :

Chicken Farmers(organic) of 1 kg

500 each

8 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

200 g butter

1 tablespoon salt

Preparation :

Clean and rub the chicken thoroughly with salt. After 1 / 2 hours, rinse. Peel and mash the garlic very finely, place in a plate with sweet pepper. Rub the chicken very carefully with this mixture. Cook in pan with butter, covering with 1 / 2 liter of water. Bring to boiling and boil for 10 minutes, turning for even color. Add 1 liter of water and cook on medium heat.

Halfway through cooking, turn the chicken, add water if necessary. Check for doneness by pricking the white flesh with a fork, remove and then brown them on all sides. In the mean time let the sauce reduce. Stir regularly with a wooden spoon until it becomes a smooth sauce. Arrange the chicken on a serving plate, drizzle with the sauce and garnish with the livers.
