TAJINE FISH





Tajine fish is very eazy to cook. However, you are going to need the tajine itself. It is a clay pot usually can be found in Moroccan stores or middle eastern stores.

Ok! here are the ingredients:

600 g fillets of whiting (or your choice of fish)

3 limes

salt

pepper

3 small onions

1 pinch of chili powder

2 teaspoon mustard green pepper

2 red peppers

some pitted olives

chopped parsley

Preparation :

Cut fish into cubes (if possible the same size), put them in a bowl. Squeeze lemons to collect the juice and pour over the fish. Add salt and pepper. Peel onions, cut into thin slices, add the fish and a pinch of chili powder. Finally, put the olives, 2 red peppers, 2 pieces of lemon and then close and save on fire.
